Backstreet Boys Interview – Still Going Strong and Still Selling Out Arenas

So you think the Backstreet Boys are finished? Well you would be dead wrong! We had the rare privilege of talking to the guys right before a recent Toronto show, and believe us, these guys are still hot. The Molson Ampitheatre was completely sold out for this show with thousands of female fans. We spoke with the guys about their amazing career, their amazing fan base, and they give some words of wisdom to Justin Bieber. Oh ya, they also teach Jordan how to dance!

Gotta love these guys. They’re so down to earth despite years and years of fame. Love ‘em!

Every time they make an appearance like this, I get my hopes up of a major comeback, and it turns out to be a little tease and a big letdown. I’ve put more miles on their greatest hits CD than anything else by any group. They’re in a league of their own, best pop music ever and the nicest most down to earth guys I’ve ever seen.

I don’t know, I always thought Justin Bieber was more like Nick’s brother, Aaron.

I like when they make fun of them on Whose Line Is It Anyway :)

I’ve been a fan since I was six years old and I’m still staying strong; will be 18 soon. The Backstreet Boys are, to me, the greatest band in the world. Nothing anyone says or does will ever change my opinion. They have helped me through many hard times and have made me feel even happier in happy times. I’ll be loyal to them until the day I die. KTBSPA <3

Its hard to believe that they’ve been around this long and still have the fans they have. I’ve been listening to them since i was 7 and I’m 18 now… I still know every word to every song and I saw them at the Minnesota state fair a fews years ago and my friends and I all just cried… it was like your childhood dream coming true :]

According to Sonia Benzra and her Twitter, they’ve sold a million copies of this album, despite the many record company problems, practically no promotion over radios, or TV and many people surprised when knowing they’re still out there.
That’s AWESOME, Good going guys!! KTBSPA!

  22. mewee1601 says:

Yeah. I’m pretty fascinated by how popular they are still right now….they have indeed been the longest lasting group….remember bands like code red, 911…they had faded out from the industry eventually and BSB still stands strong…..i really hope that will stay on for as long as they can cos their songs bring happiness….heals the soul and heart……i love BSB!
